About me

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi! I’m Camille Koncza Leblanc (she/her), and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, and a Masters of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality with a concentration in Individual Psychotherapy from Saint-Paul University. I am also trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) and Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.

As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel understood, accepted, and gently challenged in ways that promote growth. I specialize in working with queer and trans individuals, as well as those navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and relational anxiety. I take a relational psychodynamic approach and integrate other modalities to create a holistic treatment plan that fits your unique needs and experiences.

As a human, I am a proud queer individual, therapy client, avid reader, traveler, and cat lover. I bring my full self into the therapy room—authentic, imperfect, and deeply committed to supporting you. I believe that the relationship we build together can be a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

It’s an honour to walk alongside you in this process, and I look forward to working together.

Welcome to CKL Psychotherapy

A safe space for growth, healing, and understanding

Meet Amelia

What is psychotherapy?

I define psychotherapy as a space for connection, self-exploration, and healing. It’s a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, emotions, and patterns with compassion and curiosity. For me, psychotherapy is not about “fixing” but about holding space for you to feel seen, heard, and valued as you are.

It’s a place where we can revisit and process your past, explore deeper truths, and create new possibilities for growth and connection. I see psychotherapy as a relationship; one that fosters safety, trust, and insight, allowing you to move forward in life with greater confidence, resilience and self-compassion.

Most importantly, psychotherapy is human. It’s about showing up authentically, embracing imperfections, and discovering the strength and wisdom that already exist within you.

“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.”
